I have been working out and living fit for about 20 years now. I’ve tried many different workouts from Zumba to kick boxing, step, weight lifting, The Firm series, Hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam to name just a few. Many of these are a lot of fun, the time passes by quickly. I’m a real believer that you should find workouts that you enjoy doing so that you will do them consistently.
In my opinion, living fit is not about being the perfect weight or looking great in a bathing suit (though we all like to and there is nothing wrong with that), it’s about eating healthy, exercising regularly and working to keep our stress levels in balance while juggling all our different responsibilities. Keeping a healthy balance with diet, exercise, stress, responsibility and relaxing time can be a challenge, but helps us to keep a healthy/fit attitude and a good outlook on life as well.
